UpscaleKit is an independent image upscaling service. Choose a named model, inspect the output size and price, then compare the actual input with the processed image.
The service
We connect a browser workspace to the Crystal and SeedVR2 model endpoints hosted by FAL. We are not the official model publisher or a desktop edition. Internet access is required for processing.
How the examples are made
The original test images were created with an image-generation tool, then downsampled into realistic test uploads. Every displayed enhanced result came from a real FAL model call. They are synthetic examples, not customer testimonials or guarantees of typical quality.
How we chose initial settings
We compared three image types at 2×: Crystal creativity 0/3/7 and SeedVR2 noise scale 0/0.1/0.2, with a fixed seed where supported. The small test favored SeedVR2 noise 0 for fidelity and Crystal creativity 3 as a balanced starting point. Neither model accepts a text Prompt.
AI may change faces, lettering and texture. These settings are not globally optimal; inspect your own output before using it.
What processing costs
Purchased credits are required. There are no free trials, signup gifts or subscriptions. The price depends on model and output megapixels, rounded up with a 1 MP minimum. Checkout is not live during this local preview.
Your images and contact
Uploads are deleted automatically 7 days after upload; outputs are kept for 30 days after they finish. FAL also applies its own processing and retention policies. Read the privacy notice and use the contact form for questions.
