Reshoot before reconstructing
For an official ID check, use the verifier’s own capture flow and submit a fresh, well-lit photograph of the original. Reduce glare, hold the camera parallel, and ensure all required edges are visible.
AI can replace a blurred letter with a convincing but wrong one. A sharper appearance does not establish authenticity, identity, validity or acceptance.
Do not upload secrets
Avoid real passports, full ID numbers, addresses or sensitive account documents for a demonstration. The image is sent to fal for processing and stored privately by this service.
The example here is a fictional teaching card marked SAMPLE / NOT VALID, with no real identity data, barcode, security mark or issuing authority. It is not a template for a valid document.
If you inspect a safe sample
The free 720 px preview can help illustrate where text changes, but it is not OCR or a verification tool.
- Compare each character with the unedited source.
- Do not replace an unreadable field with a guessed value.
- Do not alter a photo, date, signature or document number.
- Delete a result you do not need through the image controls.
Keep evidence unedited
Use the original for legal, financial or identity decisions. If a document has been lost or is unreadable, contact the issuing body or verification service rather than presenting an AI reconstruction as an original.

Questions before you process
Can AI recover my real ID number?
No trustworthy promise can be made. A generated number may look clear but be wrong. Use the original record or contact the issuer.
Will a verification service accept the result?
Acceptance is controlled by that service. Many workflows require an original capture; do not replace it with an AI reconstruction.
Is the demo a real identity document?
No. It is a fictional ordinary paper card marked SAMPLE / NOT VALID, without an issuer, identity number or security features.
